The Technical Architect Specialist will be responsible for Phase 1 of the DSIS re-design effort. Specifically, the resource will work with the application stakeholders to review and understand the existing system, assess and compile the details applicable to proposed modifications and enhancements, and then correlate that information into a Requirements Analysis Document for the new version of DSIS, which is to be built using a .
