What is the yearly limit or Quota for h1b Visa?
As per the current law, the h1b quota limit is 65000. Out of the total quote of 65000 , 6,800 H1B numbers are reserved for nationals of Singapore and Chile.Therefore, the H1B annual cap limit is 58,200.
There is an additional 20,000 quota for qualified people who have done there Master degree from USA. This quota is independent and additional to general 65,000 quota.
